Terms of Service

1. Who We Are

Behind Brands Agency ("we", "us", "our") is a full-service Amazon store management agency registered in the United Kingdom, with our principal place of business in Birmingham, UK.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our browser-extension Tools, including Behind BuyBox ("the Extension"), and any related accounts, websites, or support channels operated by Behind Brands Agency (together, "the Tools"). By installing, accessing, or subscribing to any Tool, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Scope

These Terms apply to:

• All current and future Behind Brands Agency browser-extension Tools, currently Behind BuyBox (available on the Chrome Web Store)
• Account registration and authentication associated with any Tool
• Subscription billing for any paid Tool
• The tools pages and support forms on behindbrands.agency

These Terms do not cover our general agency services (e.g. Amazon store management), which are governed by separate service agreements.

3. Eligibility & Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use any Tool. To use a paid Tool, you must create an account using a valid email address and password, or sign in with Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep your account details up to date.

4. Description of Service

Behind BuyBox is a Chrome extension that reads publicly available Buy Box pricing information from Amazon product pages you visit, and provides pricing insights to help you make more informed listing decisions. Full feature details are available on the Behind BuyBox product page.

We do not guarantee any specific business outcome (e.g. increased sales, winning the Buy Box, or profit) from using any Tool. The Tools provide information and suggestions only — all pricing and business decisions remain your own.

5. Subscription & Billing

Behind BuyBox is billed at $4.99 per month, charged in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor, LemonSqueezy. Your subscription automatically renews each month until you cancel it.

By subscribing, you authorize LemonSqueezy to charge your chosen payment method on each renewal date. We do not store or process your card details ourselves — see our Privacy Policy for details.

We may change subscription pricing from time to time. If we do, we will provide reasonable advance notice by email before the change takes effect on your next billing cycle. Continuing to use the Tool after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting info@behind-brands.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access to the Tool until that date, and no further charges will be made.

We do not provide partial-period credit or pro-rated refunds for cancelling partway through a billing period; see Section 7 for the circumstances in which a refund is available instead.

7. Refunds

Refund requests are handled under our separate Refund Policy. In summary: refunds may be requested within 3 days of a charge, and a processing fee of $1 plus 10% of the subscription fee is deducted from the refunded amount. Please review the full Refund Policy before requesting a refund.

8. Acceptable Use

When using any Tool, you agree that you will not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any Tool
• Use any Tool in a manner that violates Amazon's Conditions of Use or any applicable law
• Attempt to circumvent subscription checks, rate limits, or authentication mechanisms
• Share, resell, or sublicense your account or subscription access to others
• Use any Tool to send excessive automated requests that could disrupt Amazon's or our services
• Use any Tool for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, as described in Section 13.

9. Intellectual Property

All Tools, including their software, design, branding, and documentation, are the property of Behind Brands Agency and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Tools for your own personal or business use, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any Tool without our prior written consent.

10. Third-Party Services & Disclaimer

The Tools interact with Amazon's public web pages and rely on third-party services including LemonSqueezy (payments) and Supabase (authentication). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of these third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that any Tool will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce any particular pricing outcome.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Behind Brands Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, any Tool. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Tools shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to any Tool, without notice, if you breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable subscription fees, or use a Tool in a way that we reasonably believe is harmful to us, other users, or Amazon's systems. Upon termination, your right to use the Tool ceases immediately; outstanding fees remain due, and no refund will be issued except as permitted under our Refund Policy.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes we will notify active subscribers by email. Continued use of a Tool after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Tools shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
