Refund Policy

Applies to: Behind BuyBox and other Behind Brands Agency Tools

Plain-English summary: If you're not happy with your Behind BuyBox subscription, email us within 3 days of being charged and we'll refund you, minus a small processing fee of $1 + 10% of the subscription fee to cover payment processor costs. After 3 days, charges are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime to stop future billing.

1. Overview

This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for a subscription to a Behind Brands Agency Tool (currently Behind BuyBox, billed at $4.99/month via LemonSqueezy). It should be read together with our Terms of Service.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund for a subscription charge if your request is submitted within 3 days of the date the charge was made. This applies to your first payment as well as any subsequent monthly renewal charge, provided the request is made within 3 days of that specific charge.

Refund requests submitted after the 3-day window for a given charge will not be eligible for a refund of that charge.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us within the eligibility window using either method:

We aim to process eligible refund requests within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via LemonSqueezy.

4. Refund Processing Fee

All approved refunds are subject to a non-refundable processing fee of $1.00 plus 10% of the subscription fee being charged, which is deducted from the refunded amount to cover payment processor and transaction costs. For example, on a $4.99 monthly charge, the fee would be $1.00 + $0.50 (10% of $4.99) = $1.50, and you would receive a refund of $3.49.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • The refund request is made more than 3 days after the charge in question
  • The subscription was cancelled, but no refund was requested within the 3-day window of the last charge
  • We reasonably determine that the account has engaged in abuse, fraud, or violation of our Acceptable Use terms
  • The account has already received a refund for a prior charge under this policy, at our discretion for repeated requests

6. Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancelling your subscription stops future billing but does not, by itself, refund any charge already made. If you cancel and also want a refund of your most recent charge, you must separately request a refund within 3 days of that charge, as described in Section 2. See our Terms of Service for how to cancel.

7. Chargebacks

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us first at info@behind-brands.com so we can resolve the issue directly — this is usually faster than a bank dispute. Filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is investigated.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes we will notify active subscribers by email. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
